      All guestrooms at the Volcano View Hotel have a private balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and the volcano. The property is divided into three areas: the main Hotel perched on the caldera cliffs, the VIP Villas with seven luxury villas each featuring a private pool, and more affordable rooms that still have access to all hotel facilities. Each room is equipped with individual climate control, satellite TV, and a hairdryer.

      The on-site Caldera restaurant serves à la carte meals from 13:00 to 22:00, offering traditional Santorini and Greek appetizers, fresh salads, international cuisine, and desserts. A Greek breakfast is served daily, and guests can choose from a buffet that includes hot and cold dishes plus a special outdoor grill preparation each morning. The restaurant's terrace provides a direct view of the caldera and sunset.
